Edwin’s Roofing did a great job for us. The price was $10,000 less than a huge company quoted us, so I made sure to do my own research to guarantee that we were getting the best materials. Everything was just right. I was also worried about my garden and asked that all the old material would be dumped from one spot on the back of the roof. The workers did that. Edwin brought many samples for me to choose from and I’m delighted with the color and style we selected. Edwin’s team was fast and changed the entire roof in 1 day. I give Edwin’s Roofing my highest praise and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. Also, my insurance company gave us a huge rate reduction as soon as we got a new roof.

After searching for roofers none of them wanted to take my job in full. They were okay with the sun porch roof but denied the back porch roof which has a full deck that sits on top of it. Luckily, I found Edwins Roofing and gutters. I called and Edwin came out the next day to inspect. He explained to me what was happening and why. I received a competitive quote for the work, and it was scheduled within three days of the quote. Great crew came out got the job done thoroughly and fast. They also wanted to see the water damage. Great mindfulness. They also cleaned up all the debris from my roof that laned in my yard and adjacent neighbours. I highly recommend.
A piece of trim/fascia from a part of the roof line on my three story rental property became detached and was swinging and hitting walls and windows. I also had a down spout that became detached. Edwin is the best! I was distraught about the corner of my front porch roof that had water damage and had actually been worsened by the shoddy work of someone else. He answered the phone, did an evaluation and quote in hours (not days!!!) and began work at 8 am. His crew was prompt, efficient and clean. Replaced 2 old flat roofs on our 3-flat and added additional concrete step to our front entrance. Workers were timely, hard-working, and kind. Prices fair, would highly recommended.
Edwin and his team did a great job! I had a roof leak that was caused by an abandoned sewer vent pipe so I needed the pipe removed and the hole patched and sealed. After dealing with a few different companies that seemed uninterested in getting the work done in a timely manner, I found Edwin who came out to look at it on a Friday and fixed it by Monday. He also had a couple guys fix the drywall that we had previously cut into and they did a great job as well. Highly recommend him!

Edwin and team replaced all of the vents on the outside of our four story building. A lot of companies won’t work on buildings that tall, but Edwin did. A lot of companies would charge extremely high prices if they were willing to do the work, Edwin didn’t. He and his company were responsive, professional, kind. Plus, they are bilingual in English and Spanish! Very happy all-around!

They responded quickly to my inquiry for an estimate and scheduled to come repair my chimney / roof a few days from receiving the estimate. They were fast and efficient and the chimney looks so much better now.****UPDATE****During the rain today, there was still a spot in the roof that was leaking water. Edwins crew responded to my text immediately and come over within the hour to inspect the problem. There was a nail that needed removed and he resealed the roof in that spot. No extra fees or charges and he fixed the problem within an hour of me contacting him.

I reached out to Edwin after doing a Google search and seeing the good reviews. I discovered a small leak in my second floor unit. Edwin was very responsive and professional. Instead of patching one area we decided that it'll be best to do one large section to make sure water won't get back in. He also assured me that the rest of the roof is in great shape. Him and his crew came back the next day and was prompt. I don't usually leave reviews but I was very pleased with my experience. I wish other companies were like this where they are responsive, professional and get the job done in a timely manner. When the weather is better I plan to have the repaired section coated by them so it will match the rest of the roof. I've included my drone shots so people can see the work.

I have asked Luise Enriquez twice to come to fix my loosing shingles on the roof in 3 years. Just send a simple text of photo of the damaged area on the roof and get the estimate in minutes. And the best thing is they came down the second day to do all of the works. Really reasonable price and they did wonderful job. Definitely call them again.
I used Edwin's roof and gutters to cap 1x8 wood with aluminum so that it looks like the metal frame around the doors at the entrance of my church they did an excellent job they finish in a timely manner and they cleaned up when the job was complete I would refer them to my other church members and use them again on other projects that I may have
